Mensen moeten meer zelf investeren in zorg om de zorg voor ‘niet-redzame ouderen’ betaalbaar te houden. Dat adviseert de Raad voor de Volksgezondheid en Zorg (RVZ) in een onlangs gepubliceerd advies aan het ministerie van Volksgezondheid.
