De vergoedingsregeling voor een groepje houders van een persoonsgebonden budget (PGB) gaat per 1 januari 2012 in. Hiermee heeft de Tweede Kamer tijdens een debat ingestemd. Hoe de regeling voor uitzonderingsgevallen precies gaat werken, is niet helemaal duidelijk.
