De meeste zorgkantoren hebben grote bedragen openstaan van niet opgemaakte persoonsgebonden budgetten (PGB’s). Het totaalbedrag over 2010 is ruim 110 miljoen euro, zo berekende de Nederlandse Zorgautoriteit (NZa).
