De Leerfabriek, onderzoekend leren met professionals in de Groningse zorg voor jeugd

Een praktijkcasus, een groep bijbehorende professionals vanuit verschillende organisaties en twaalf puddingprincipes. Dat is grofweg het recept voor de bijeenkomsten van de Leerfabriek. Soms kennen de professionals elkaar, soms ook niet. Buiten de bestaande structuren, volledig gebaseerd op gedeelde principes gaan professionals aan de slag. Wat zien zij? Wat is nodig? Sluit dit aan bij de huidige gezamenlijke aanpak?

Abstract

The Learning Factory, inquiry-based learning with professionals in the Groningen care for youth

A practice case, a group of associated professionals from various organizations and twelve pudding principles. That’s roughly the recipe for the meetings of the Learning Factory. The professionals sometimes know each other, sometimes they don’t. Outside the existing structures, fully based on shared principles, the professionals get to work. What do they see? What is needed? Does the case correspond with the current joint approach?

Het betreft de volgende acht organisaties: Accare, Jonx|Lentis (beiden jeugd-GGZ), Elker (provinciale jeugdzorg), Bureau Jeugdzorg Groningen, Leger des Heils Noord, Maatschappelijke en Juridische Dienstverlening (MJD, maatschappelijk werk), GGD Groningen, het Regionaal Samenwerkingsverband Noord en Oost Groningen (RSNOG, voortgezet onderwijs). De Leerfabriek is als kenniskring verbonden aan de Academische Werkplaats C4Youth. Het Breuer institute en de Hanzehogeschool zijn betrokken als procesbegeleiders bij de experimenten.
