POH blijft en PVH vult het team aan

Samenvatting

Het zag ernaar uit dat de functie POH zou verdwijnen, omdat de voorkeur van de LHV en het NHG uitging naar een praktijkverpleegkundige. Dat zou jammer zijn, want de zorg voor patiënten met chronische aandoeningen is sterk verbeterd sinds de komst van de praktijkondersteuner. Daarom is nu besloten dat de praktijkondersteuner blijft en dat een nieuwopgeleide praktijkverpleegkundige huisartsenzorg het team op termijn komt versterken.
