Samenvatting

Een bijzonder project in het Brabantse Leende was aanleiding om praktijkondersteuner Ilse Sluijs te interviewen. In Leende bleken relatief veel mensen te dik in vergelijking met het landelijk gemiddelde. Huisarts Norbert van den Hurk en sportarts Hans van Kuijk namen toen het initiatief tot het project GezondDorp, waarin een koolhydraatarme leefstijl wordt gepropageerd.
