Samenvatting

Op verzoek van het Capaciteitsorgaan heeft het NIVEL onderzoek gedaan naar de arbeidsmarkt van praktijkondersteuners in de huisartsenpraktijk (POH’s). Dat leverde inzicht op in aantallen, kenmerken en geografische spreiding. Het NIVEL maakte ook een schatting van de taken die zijn verschoven van huisarts naar POH.
