Samenvatting

Professor Xavier Janssens (1957) combineert een reumatologiepraktijk met werk als verzekeringsgeneeskundig expert voor de rechtbank in België. Daarnaast bekleedt hij een aantal bestuursfuncties binnen wetenschappelijke en beroepsverenigingen in zowel de reumatologie als de verzekeringsgeneeskunde, en geeft hij les aan de Universiteit van Gent. TBV sprak met hem over deze boeiende combinatie.
