In het verzuimbeleid van veel bedrijven en organisaties bestaat de mogelijkheid om een deskundigenoordeel (DO) bij het UWV aan te vragen. Het DO is een oordeel over de re-integratie, een momentopname en geen advies over de aanpak van de re-integratie.
