Samenvatting

Van 25 tot en met 27 juni 2015 vond het 8e European Congress of Epidemiology plaats in Nederland (Maastricht). Een bijkomende meerwaarde dit jaar was de gezamenlijke organisatie met ‘Onderzoek in Beweging’ (het jaarlijkse nationale symposium voor (para)medische disiplines) én de 39e WEON (jaarlijkse conferentie van de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Epidemiologie). De spreektaal voor de 679 aanwezigen uit alle continenten was overwegend het Engels. De afdeling Epidemiologie van de Universiteit Maastricht was gastheer.
