Samenvatting

Het behandelen van twee falende centrale incisieven met oude kronen en fistels is een esthetische uitdaging. Door direct na extractie een botaugmentatie uit te voeren kan je de dimensies van het bot en de weefsels opbouwen om in tweede instantie voorspelbaar te implanteren.
