Tweemaal gaat een 1e premolaar verloren. De eerste keer omdat een onverlaat een welgemikte stoot met een boksbeugel uitdeelt. De tweede keer nadat een tandarts zorgvuldig de extractietang heeft gepositioneerd en het element beheerst extraheert. De eerste keer spreken we van mishandeling, de tweede keer van behandeling. Vanwaar dit verschil? Dat zit’m in de toestemming.
