Tijdens het derde event voor de balieassistent, georganiseerd door Dental Best Practice, kwam tijdens een lezing een vraag uit het publiek: ‘Wanneer mag je een patiënt uitschrijven?’ Ik onderzocht dit vraagstuk, hoe lang moet je het ongewenste gedrag accepteren als het niet verschijnen op een afspraak? Of wat te denken van niet betalen van een nota?
