Iedereen zal beamen dat een goede communicatie binnen de mondzorgpraktijk van (groot) belang is. Zowel binnen het team als naar patiënten toe. Maar doen we dat ook op de juiste manier? Iedere mondzorgverlener krijgt te maken met ontevreden en zelfs agressieve patiënten.
