Een begeleide internetcursus voor de behandeling van slaapproblemen

Samenvatting

Slapeloosheid is een veelvoorkomende klacht. De huisarts schrijft vaak slaapmedicatie voor, omdat er geen goed behandelalternatief beschikbaar is. Op de afdeling Klinische Psychologie van de Vrije Universiteit is een online slaapcursus ontwikkeld die bestaat uit zes wekelijkse lessen. De deelnemers kunnen de cursus thuis uitvoeren wanneer het hen uitkomt. Zij ontvangen wekelijks feedback van een coach. In dit artikel wordt beschreven wat de cursus inhoudt, wat de deelnemers van de cursus vinden en in hoeverre de slaapklachten verminderd zijn.
