Het Gerechtshof in Den Haag heeft besloten dat een verhuurconstructie met medische apparatuur niet is toegestaan. Een anoniem gehouden ziekenhuis is hiervoor op de vingers getikt en moet nu de bespaarde btw alsnog terugbetalen.
