Samenvatting

Om overgewicht op jonge leeftijd te voorkomen is een gezonde opvoeding cruciaal. Dit lijkt echter vaak lastig, met name voor ouders met een lage sociaal-economische status die logischerwijs andere prioriteiten hebben. Om deze ouders te ondersteunen in hun gezonde (op)voedingspraktijken en -stijlen is het preventieprogramma Samen Happie! ontwikkeld. Wij onderzoeken of dit programma ertoe leidt dat ouders ook daadwerkelijk gezonder gaan opvoeden.
