Samenvatting

Om angst en depressie bij jongeren te voorkomen, zijn zij wellicht gebaat bij een online training die hen leert informatie positiever te interpreteren. Zo wordt hun emotionele weerbaarheid groter, is het idee. Maar hoewel de training enige verbetering opleverde, laat het huidige trainingsaanbod nog veel te wensen over.
