Bij een patiënt met een (functionele) asplenie zijn preventieve en curatieve behandelingen nodig. Deels gaat het om standaardbehandelingen en deels om behandelingen in specifieke situaties. In elk geval moet de asplenie direct in het HIS zichtbaar zijn. Hoe kunt u dit het beste doen?
