Herziening NVDV-richtlijn Lichen planus: wanneer verwijzen?

Samenvatting

De richtlijn Lichen planus van de Nederlandse Vereniging voor Dermatologie en Venerologie (NVDV) is herzien. Daarin wordt geadviseerd patiënten te verwijzen die vermoedelijk lichen planus hebben en die niet reageren op initiële therapie. Ook bij twijfel over de diagnose en bij extra-cutane of extra-orale manifestaties luidt het advies te verwijzen.
