Samenvatting

Physician assistants en verpleegkundig specialisten leveren even goede beperkt complexe medische zorg als artsen, en patiënten hebben vertrouwen in hun kundigheid. Ze worden steeds vaker ingezet in huisartsenpraktijken, bij wijze van anderhalvelijnszorg. Vormen ze een goed en kosteneffectief alternatief voor medisch specialisten en huisartsen?
