Samenvatting

Onze praktijk biedt al ruim 10 jaar verschillende online diensten aan. Patiënten kunnen op onze website en sinds een paar jaar ook via een speciale app afspraken maken, herhaalrecepten aanvragen en e-consulten boeken. Dat vergroot de bereikbaarheid van de praktijk en ontlast ook onze assistentes. Hoewel veel patiënten een dergelijke service op prijs stellen, maken ze er minder gebruik van dan we verwachtten. Met verschillende maatregelen hebben we het gebruik binnen een paar jaar aanzienlijk weten te vergroten.
