EBM leren toepassen door observatie, werkt dat?

Samenvatting

Het is onjuist om te denken dat aios EBM leren toepassen door simpelweg hun opleider te observeren. Vaak zijn diens overwegingen bij beslissingen niet dezelfde als die de aios denkt te herkennen, én andersom. Wanneer aios en opleider EBM-gedrag van elkaar willen leren door elkaars consulten te observeren, moeten ze explicietere EBM-gesprekken gaan voeren en moeten ze beter leren observeren zonder oordeel of advies.
