Samenvatting

Frequentie & regelmaat | Er zijn in 10 seconden 20 QRS-complexen te zien, de frequentie is dus 120/min. Het basisritme is regelmatig. Het interval tussen respectievelijk de QRS-complexen 1 en 3, 6 en 8, 11 en 13, 16 en 18 is namelijk constant 25 mm (1 sec). Dit basisritme wordt echter veelvuldig onderbroken door extra slagen. Er is dus een regelmatige basis met veel onregelmatig vallende complexen.
