Samenvatting

Een standaardbejegening kan bij zorgmijders tot ongewilde resultaten leiden, zoals miscommunicatie, conflicten of relatiebreuken. Als huisarts blijft u echter verantwoordelijk voor passende zorg. Dit vraagt om een flexibele houding, waarbij u zich aan de zorgmijder aanpast. Maar hoe doet u dat? In dit artikel komen enkele consultvaardigheden aan de orde die nuttig zijn bij zorgmijders.
