Samenvatting

Er is al enige tijd twijfel over het effect van preventieve antistolling na artroscopie van de knie en onderbeengips. Uit onderzoek blijkt dat routinematige behandeling met preventief laag moleculair heparine (LMWH) niet effectief is in het voorkomen van trombo-embolische aandoeningen.
