Samenvatting

Een meisje van 16 jaar komt op uw spreekuur om te starten met anticonceptie. Zij wil graag een hormoonspiraal vanwege goede ervaringen bij vriendinnen. Is een levonorgestrelhoudend spiraal (LS) bij deze jonge nulligravida veilig als anticonceptivum? Wat zijn de mogelijke bijwerkingen en complicaties?
