Samenvatting

Een 24-jarige patiënte heeft sinds drie jaar mictieklachten. De voorgeschiedenis vermeldt ureterocele beiderzijds, waarbij door de uroloog destijds een afwachtend beleid is voorgesteld. Sinds enkele weken moet patiënte fors persen tijdens de mictie met daarna een gevoel van residu. Daarnaast voelt patiënte een pijnlijke zwelling in haar vagina. Ze is bang voor een verzakking. Bij het abdominaal en gynaecologisch lichamelijk onderzoek wordt alleen bekkenbodemhypertonie gevonden. Een intra-vaginale zwelling wordt niet gezien.
