Context Niet alle patiënten met een angststoornis krijgen de cognitieve gedragstherapie waar ze recht op hebben. Dit heeft soms te maken met afstand of met een tekort aan cognitief gedragstherapeuten. Mogelijk biedt internet dan uitkomst. Een door een therapeut ondersteunde internetbehandeling lijkt op de normale (face-to-face) behandeling, maar deze behandeling is schriftelijk en contact met de therapeut is telefonisch of elektronisch.
