Samenvatting
Agomelatine is een antidepressivum dat in 2009 is geregistreerd in de Europese Unie voor gebruik bij depressieve stoornissen. Het is onder andere een melatonine-agonist, waarmee het werkingsmechanisme anders is dan dat van de SSRI’s en de TCA’s.
