Samenvatting

Meteen na afronding van haar huisartsopleiding in 1998 trad Margit Vermeulen in dienst bij de afdeling Huisartsgeneeskunde van Universiteit Utrecht en ze is daar betrokken geweest bij de onderwijsontwikkeling en groepsbegeleiding. In juli promoveerde ze op haar proefschrift Admission and poor performance of trainees in the postgraduate GP training. In een interview vertelt ze waarom een goede selectieprocedure voor aiossen zo belangrijk is.
