Samenvatting

Voor het opsporen van kwetsbare ouderen maken we gebruik van de Groningen Frailty Index (GFI). Met een sensitiviteit van 76% en een specificiteit van 73% is deze echter veel te onnauwkeurig om als screeningsinstrument te dienen voor opsporing van kwetsbare ouderen in de huisartsenpraktijk, zo blijkt uit Nederlands onderzoek.
