Samenvatting

Een korte, oriënterende zoektocht in de Nederlandstalige medische literatuur levert slechts enkele casuïstische beschrijvingen op. De ‘ziekte’ van Mondor is dan ook een relatief zeldzame aandoening die zowel bij mannen als bij vrouwen voorkomt.
