Samenvatting

Vraagstelling Urticaria zijn vaak moeilijk te behandelen en soms zelfs invaliderend. Klassieke antihistaminica werken vaak onvoldoende. Er zijn aanwijzingen dat toevoeging van maagzuurremmers (H2-receptorantagonist/H2RA), zoals cimetidine of ranitidine een gunstig effect hebben.
