Wie niet gericht kijkt of luistert, mist al snel belangrijke informatie. Dat is zeker van toepassing bij de overdracht van een patiënt door de ambulanceverpleegkundige op de spoedeisendehulp (SEH). Simulatieonderwijs op basis van crew resource management (CRM) kan helpen fouten te voorkomen en de patiëntveiligheid te vergroten, met vaak simpele handvatten.
