Jobhoppen is in, zo blijkt uit een recent onderzoek van carrièreplatform Intermediair. Het komt steeds minder voor dat mensen hun hele leven voor één werkgever werken. Toch was dit vroeger heel normaal. Verpleegkundige Lidy Tinselboer (61) werkte na de inservice-opleiding in Hengelo haar hele leven in het UMC St Radboud. Sinds september vorig jaar is ze met pensioen.
