Abstract

Hans Sloot ontwikkelde zijn passie voor de ic op de werkvloer. Na een aantal jaren werkervaring als (hoofd)verpleegkundige besloot hij zijn carrière een totaal andere wending te geven: hij ging het onderwijs in. Dat had grote gevolgen voor het verloop van zijn verdere loopbaan. Sloot startte namelijk jaren later zijn eigen opleidingsinstituut: Care Training Group (CTG).
