Abstract
Using a feminst lens I reflect on the long and distinguished work of Ariela Keyser and Barry Kosmin. In particular, I highlight the many ways in which each has reflexively integrated the subject matter they study with their personal life histories. In doing so, I offer some insights into the ways each has addressed a fundamental feminist question facing all social scientists: how can we study the world with us in it?
