The Journal will publish a series of articles on two themes: (1) Coronary Microvascular Disease and (2) The Role of Artificial Intelligence in Nuclear Cardiology (as many as ten on each theme). These two themes are organized and topics selected by two of our Associate Editors: Drs. Marcelo Di Carli and Piotr Slomka, respectively, who are the Guest Editors. A few of the articles are original contributions and the remaining are review articles; they supplement each other and there is no redundancy. They are highly relevant and written by the leaders in the field. We thank in advance all of the contributors. The first ones are published in this issue. The others in future issues.
