Die Arbeitsgruppe Magen-Ösophaguskarzinom der Arbeitsgemeinschaft Internistische Onkologie (AIO) hat ein umfassendes Portfolio an prospektiven Studien der Phasen II bis III aufgebaut. In diesem Beitrag wird die Phase II-Studie AIO-STO-0417 vorgestellt, die in Kürze mit der Rekrutierung von HER2 negativen Patienten, die in der metastasierter Erkrankung noch keine Vortherapie erhalten haben, beginnen wird.
