Abstract
This paper presents experimental results on strain induced changes in forming behaviour and their implementation into a material model suitable for simulation purposes. The proposed approach allows for a more reliable and precise forming process simulation. The respective process safety margin against limiting material properties leads to a more robust evaluation of results in forming process simulation.
