Cytotoxicity of TIZ (a) and NTZ (b) on RAW264.7 cells. Cells were treated with TIZ at 25, 50, 75, 100, and 150 µM for 12 h, and cell viability was assayed by the CCK-8 kit. The cell viability of macrophage treated with NTZ and TIZ at 150 µM were resulted in significant decrease (90.43% and 80.65%, respectively). Data are expressed as the means ± S.D. of three independent experiments
