Abstract

A new sucrose ester named β-D-(1-O-acetyl-3-O-cis-feruloyl)fructofuranosyl α-D-2′,3′,6′-O-triacetylglucopyranoside 1 and a novel phenylpropanoid glycerol named 1-O-cis-feruloyl-3-O-trans-p-coumaroylglycerol 2, have been isolated from Sparganium stoloniferum. Their structures were elucidated by spectroscopic methods.
