Abstract
Detection and quantification of tumor-derived mutations in cell-free DNA (cfDNA) holds great potential for non-invasive tumor diagnostics and molecular monitoring. We developed highly sensitive discriminatory multi-target digital droplet PCR (ddPCR) assays covering 14 KRAS and NRAS hotspot mutations.
