Abstract
A new click chemis try-mediated method for the universal site-selective labeling of antibodies allows to enzymatically label any antibody on its heavy chain N-linked glycans. In contrast to standard antibody labeling techniques the SiteClick™ site-selective approach produces robust and reproducible labeling of antibodies with a variety of detection molecules.
