Zusammenfassung

Die Proteinsemisynthese ist ein erfolgreiches Beispiel für das Zusammenführen chemischer und biologischer Techniken zur Herstellung modifizierter Proteine. Größte Fortschritte wurden in den letzten Jahren bei der gezielten Einführung posttranslationaler Modifikationen gemacht.

Abstract

Protein semisynthesis is a successful example of combining chemistry and biology to generate modified proteins. Major progress has been made with the specific incorporation of posttranslational modifications over the last years.
