Zusammenfassung
Die Verwendung lebender Biosensoren zum Nachweis von Arsen im Trinkwasser wenig entwickelter Regionen erfordert deren Erhaltung in reaktivierbarer Form. Dies kann durch optimierte Konservierung und ein intelligentes Testdesign erreicht werden.
Abstract
The application of living biosensors for arsenic detection in drinking water of poorly developed regions requires their preservation in a form permitting reactivation. This can be achieved by optimized preservation and an intelligent test design.
