Die C-terminale Domäne (CTD) der RNA-Polymerase II (RNAPII) ermöglicht die Transkription von Chromatin, koordiniert viele RNA-Reifungsschritte und ist wichtig für das Lesen und Schreiben epigenetischer Information.

Abstract

The carboxy-terminal domain (CTD) of RNA polymerase II (RNAPII) facilitates transcription of chromatin, coordinates diverse RNA maturation steps, and is important for reading and writing of epigenetic information.
