Giant Pleomorphic Adenoma of Parotid Gland — a Neglected Story

Abstract

A rare case of huge pleomorphic adenoma of the parotid gland underwent facial nerve-sparing surgery. The tumour had a scary presentation in the MRI scan due to long stand neglect and ignorance of the patient.
