Metastatic Pancreatic Adenocarcinoma Primarily Presenting with Multiple Cutaneous Nodules—a Rare Entity

Abstract

Cutaneous metastasis (CM) from pancreatic adenocarcinoma is very rare. They often present as an umbilical nodule and are associated with other evidence of distant metastasis. We present the case of a 60-year-old male who presented with multiple non-umbilical cutaneous nodules, in an undiagnosed case of pancreatic adenocarcinoma, with no other evidence of distant metastasis.
